Minergy Corp.
Minergy Corporation Limited is a privately owned company that was a subsidiary of, and acquired in 2009 from, Wisconsin Energy Corporation (WEC). A holding company with $8 billion in assets and $4 billion in annual revenues. WEC has been in business for more than 100 years and currently operates many energy and recycling facilities. Minergy has successfully commercialized technologies for recycling high-volume wastes, including municipal sludge, paper sludge and dredged sediment into high-value inert glass.
Minergy's technologies offer cost-effective solutions to recycling waste byproducts. Minergy offers services from technology licensing to building, owning and/or operating the facilities.
